365 Day Challenge
Do you like to workout but need some accountability? Join Our 365 Day Challenge! Workout every day and post it here. Your workout is your choice. A friend of mine gave me this idea. She ran every day for 365 days. She said that some days she would only run 1 mile, but she did it. I love to cross train so I plan to do some form of exercise EVERY DAY! Let’s get moving! 
We can blog and compare notes, support each other, and make each other accountable. I’m thinking of starting at the first of the year–make it clean. Now, if you are not a runner, or if you like to cross train like I do, I’m thinking that ANY workout serves the purpose on that day. Just get moving! Post your comments HERE!

I'll give this a try. What do I have to lose. I'm planning on running a 1/2 marathon in September. This will allow me stay on track. 8m excited for the encouragement.
Great! I'm right there with you. I live in Minnesota so I know it is going to be a challenge. It is 39 degrees right now which feels like a heat wave so I'm definitely running outside today. Our marathon is in Nashville, TN in April. Which one are you running in September?

Got a half marathon the first week in January and another the last week in January. I'm with you!
Started off the new year by setting up my Wii Fit Plus. Exercised for 30 minutes. It said that balance is not my forte and asked if I trip a lot while walking
It did, however, give me a 5 year younger age
I drove in 40 mph winds from Wisconsin but made it home safe. Am working at the mall for 4 hours then I'm ready to do 40 minutes with Shaun T. Can't wait.

Half-marathon training is going well! Ran 4 miles today. Will get 3 tomorrow between class and conferences. April here we come!
