365 Day Challenge
Do you like to workout but need some accountability? Join Our 365 Day Challenge! Workout every day and post it here. Your workout is your choice. A friend of mine gave me this idea. She ran every day for 365 days. She said that some days she would only run 1 mile, but she did it. I love to cross train so I plan to do some form of exercise EVERY DAY! Let’s get moving!
We can blog and compare notes, support each other, and make each other accountable. I’m thinking of starting at the first of the year–make it clean.
